Doug took over the Masons Arms back in April 2021 and has settled nicely into pub-life. The pub offers a warm welcome with cosy rooms, a comfortable and warm environment for you to relax in and to enjoy a craft beer and delicious food.

The Masons Arms has been a public house for over 100 years and offers a warm and friendly welcome. The pub is now a Free House and has been refurbished throughout to make your stay a very comfortable one. A good selection of beers and lagers including real ales. There’s a free juke box on a Sunday and free pool all day Wednesday. Our accommodation offers quality rooms with Egyptian cotton bedding and towels, flat screen TVs, complimentary hospitality tray, toiletries and a hairdryer. Free Wifi is available. We can also offer cyclists an indoor secure space for your bikes. We look forward to welcoming you.

Our function room is available free of charge for up to 60 guests and is ideal for weddings, birthdays, christenings and more. A refundable deposit of £25 required at time of booking. Catering can be provided to suit your needs, although you are more than welcome to arrange your own food.
